§ 04 · speaker

The speaker

I speak at conferences, universities, and industry events on what it actually takes to build technology companies inside the regulation that surrounds them — blockchain, data protection, AI policy, startup law, and endurance as a leadership discipline.

What I speak on

I talk about the things my day job and my companies actually touch: blockchain and digital-asset regulation, personal data protection, fintech, AI policy, startup legal strategy. And I’ll usually take a question, panel, or whole talk on the broader thing I care about — how operators build endurance into the way they work, why long-horizon thinking is a competitive advantage, and what training for a long triathlon teaches you about running a company.

Formats

Keynote, panel, fireside chat, university lecture. In Turkish or English. Happy to go off-script if the room is interesting.

Some places I’ve spoken

A non-exhaustive list — international keynote, industry conferences, professional bodies, community spaces. I’ll add session titles, dates, and recordings as I go.

Beyond these named stages, I also speak regularly at various Turkish technoparks — the campus environments where early-stage R&D and startup teams cluster, usually on legal and regulatory readiness for first commercialisation.

Mentorship sessions

Beyond standalone talks, I run a steady stream of sessions inside the incubators, accelerators, and leadership programs I mentor with — among them İTÜ Çekirdek, QNBeyond, KWorks, BTM, Ing Orange Lab, and Yeni Bir Lider Derneği. These are smaller-room conversations, usually founder-direct, usually about the legal and operational realities of getting from idea to first round.
