Most of my entrepreneurial work has come from the same place as my law practice: the people building the next wave of Turkish and regional technology companies are underserved by the legal, compliance, and operational infrastructure available to them. Each company I’ve started has chipped away at a different layer of that gap.
Clemta — partial exit, still on the cap table
I co-founded Clemta as a SaaS platform that transforms how founders incorporate and run their companies globally. I led it from idea through international expansion, then completed a partial exit while keeping a meaningful equity stake. The platform is still growing; I’m still on the cap table and still cheering it on.
Vircon Group Technologies
The umbrella for the technology-adjacent work I’m doing beyond the law firm. We’ve built across healthcare, VR/AR, blockchain, and AI — and brought home plenty of awards along the way.
Startup Hukuku
Startup Hukuku is the company I co-founded to write the legal playbook I wished existed when I started advising my first founders. Plain-language articles, guides, and tools that turn the boring-but-essential parts of building a company — incorporation, equity, employment, regulation — into something a founder can actually read on a Sunday and act on Monday. Around it grew a community of founders, operators, and investors that’s still active today.
Sectors I’ve built in
I’ve started companies across healthcare, artificial intelligence, VR/AR, blockchain, and legal tech. Different domains, same conviction: the friction founders feel — incorporating a company, complying with a new regulation, raising capital, putting frontier tech into a real workflow — is solvable infrastructure, not a permanent tax. Build the infrastructure, and the next thousand founders move faster.
